Mental Health and Well-Being is a big part of the work we do. Afropolitan Canada’s role is to normalize conversations around mental health in the Black communities.
- Black practitioners
We work with Black practitioners to offer drop in conversations, subsidized consultations with practitioners and take-home resources to support our participants through their journey. Our services are offered in French and English. To access our digital resources make sure to join our Afropolitan membership.



MENTAL HEALTH DISCUSSIONS SUMMER 2023
- Each month until September 2023, Afropolitan Canada is hosting a discussion around mental health for the Black communities of Kitchener-Waterloo region. These conversations aim to de-stigmatize some the objective is to dismantle the taboo around mental health and find holistic ways to integrate mental wellness in our day to day life through meditation, paint night, and other non-sedentary activities.
