Black entrepreneurs continue to face tremendous lack of financial supports from banks despite having all the tools to succeed. They, especially Black women, continue to invest from their own pockets when other non-Black entrepreneurs have a less difficult time to access funding. What are some of ways to support women in increasing their financial power? What constitutes a great bank application? And what is BDC doing to support Black women and women of colour in accessing funding?
